FIRST FLOOR

STUDIO 1 and STUDIO 2 are equipped with double beds and can accommodate 4 persons(or 6 with an extra bed). Each Studio has a bathroom, an office, a living room, a fireplace and a private balcony.

1 large room with double bed that can accommodate 2 persons. Equipped with a bathroom and an office.

Lift goes out from all 3 rooms. Both STUDIOS and the room are equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, Fax, Air Condition, central heating, washing machine and tumble dryer.

GROUND FLOOR

• Very large space with living room, dining room, kitchen with TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player, FAX, offices, Air Conditioning, central heating and drinks cellar. On the exterior space there is a swimming pool (14×7) and a jacuzzi pool (personal space 3×3).
• Room 4: An independent room that can accommodate two persons. Additional, if necessary, can be used as auxiliary or relaxing space.

EXTERIOR SPACE – KIOSK

There is an olive grove of 4.500m² and a private area of 10.000m² with various species of trees, vegetables etc .

In the garden of the house there is a traditional wooden structure where you can relax, read, get a drink or even exercise.

• Morning and afternoon walks in the surrounding hills and the sea with an escort if asked.
